Principal Lennie Green is a leader in the telecom field, with years of experience as a telecom broker and manager, building strong relationships with partner carriers and providers. Lennie has earned clients’ and carriers’ trust by consistently matching stellar technical skills with top-notch customer service.

Lennie Green
Since 1996, Lennie Green has worked with telecom systems and carriers, and he knows them inside and out. He built his knowledge and expertise with Shared Communications, ATG and XO, before starting his own brokerage in 2002. Lennie credits his success in the field to his understanding of customer service—and no wonder, because he learned from the best! As a teen and young adult, Lennie worked in the restaurant industry, under Bob Farrell (Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor, Stanford’s, Newport Bay). “Bob always put great emphasis on customer care as number one,” Lennie says, and he “took this to heart and brought it with me to telecom.”
Whereas many telecom companies give customer service a low priority, Lennie strives to provide the best care to all of his clients, large and small, new and ongoing. “My success comes from helping my customers be successful,” he says. Whether he’s called on to resolve a billing issue, confirm the project management of new services, or find a cost-effective solution for the present that accommodates plans for the future, Lennie is the trusted advisor clients depend on to get the results they need.
