How many clients do you have?  100? 250? 500 or more?  How many friends do they have? We used to think of the white fluffy looking thing in the sky as a Cloud.  But they needed to brand an idea of computing space that we cannot not touch, taste or feel as something?  Not sure who came up with the idea, but it is called the Cloud now.  It is taking the onsite machines for desktop applications and servicers and putting them elsewhere connected by the internet.  That is really what the cloud is doing.  I know to some it seems scary, but it is the safest place to put your information today.  We as individuals cannot not afford to make our infrastructure hardened and redundant to the level as the providers have done.  All we need to do is pay a monthly reoccurring cost to use.  Manageable expense that is budget-able and is cost effective.  Great for businesses.

We have various phone numbers from all over the country.  Call anyone of these and they come to us.  Not sure who might be calling.  So I setup an auto attendant at the end of those calls to help direct the caller to the right place.  They select my extension.  I have my extension not to follow me or find me but to dial my phone and if I am busy or to go to voice mail.  I travelled to another state and I get an email with the recording of their call.  I listen to this recording and make the decision of calling back or forwarding to someone else to help or respond if necessary to the call.  We can setup our phones to do almost anything possible now.  I really like the flexibility of where we are at today.  Let us help you out.
